摘要
针对目前国内环锭细纱机细纱工艺进步需要专件、器材技术进步的现状,以环锭细纱锭子为例,介绍了半个世纪以来锭子上支承、下支承及上、下支承连接结构的发展及德国ROTOR-CRAFT公司BB58锭子实现高速、节能、降噪解决方案的具体内容和预期效果。指出国内应尽快对6.8 mm上轴承高速锭子改进设计和制造工艺,尽快推出成熟的产品并进行工业化大生产。同时,对国内学习、借鉴应用BB58系列锭子先进技术提出了一些建议,对环锭细纱机锭子的发展方向做出了预测。
As to the fact that the progress of the ring spinning process at home requires conformity with the step of the tech-progress of the accessories and the special parts, sampling the ring spinning spindle, introduction is made to the development of the structure of the top bolster and the bottom bolster as well as the connection in between, and more, introduction is also made to the solution and the anticipated effect to high speed,energy economy and noise reduction of the spindle BB58 by Rotorcraft Germany. The author is appealing to make some modification of design and manufacturing process to the high speed spindle with top bolster of 6.8 in diameter so that well-rounded products come into market asap as a result of mass production. Lastly,some cautions are put forth for reference to the series spindles BB58 and the developing trend of the ring spinning spindle is prognosticated.
