摘要 紧密连接蛋白作是细胞之间黏附结构中最重要的一种,随着对分子成分和结构的不断探索,发现其在多种恶性肿瘤中表达异常,其基本功能是屏障和围栏功能,保持细胞极性,并与细胞增殖和肿瘤抑制有关。本文对紧密连接的基本结构、功能及在妇科肿瘤中的相关研究进行综述。 Tight junctions are one of the most important structure among adhesive structure between cells. With the further study of its molecular component and structure, it is found to have abnormal expression in many malignant tumors, of which the basic function is its function as barrier and railings and in maintainng cell polarity as well as to closely related to cell proliferation and tumor suppression. This article reviews tight junction of its basic structure, function and related study in gynecological tumor.
