摘要
越来越多的证据表明,氧化应激是导致糖尿病并发症发生的最根本原因。糖尿病神经病变是糖尿病最常见的并发症之一,急性和慢性高血糖都会引起大量活性氧(ROS)的产生及天然抗氧化机制的破坏,进而激活多元醇途径、糖基化终末产物(AGE)途径、蛋白激酶C(PKC)途径和己糖胺途径,促进糖尿病神经病变的发展。
More and more evidences showed that that oxidative stress is the definite factor in the development of diabetic complications. Diabetic neuropathy is one of the most common chronic complications in diabetes. Both acute and chronic hyperglycemia can cause overproduction of reactive oxygen species(ROS) and destroy natural antioxidant system. Then the ROS activates the pelyol pathway, increases intracellular AGE formation, activates PKC, and increases hexosamine pathway flux, which are all thereby promote the development of diabetic nettropathy.
