“从普及到深化”这个新方向,可以使教学督导对提高教学质量发挥出更大的作用,一方面矫治高校人才培养的弊端,另一方面完善和发展高校教学质量监控与保障体系,突出教学的中心地位。
The new direction of"from Popularization to Deepen" makes the teaching supervision exert more effect. On the one hand, it can correct the abuse of the training actions; on the other hand, it can perfect the system of quality, supervision of the universities.
