摘要
采用分光光度法和沉降法研究了剪切速率、分散时间、pH值、分散剂种类和用量对纳米氧化铟锡在乙醇相中的分散稳定性的影响,得到纳米氧化铟锡在乙醇相中稳定分散的条件:选用偶联剂KH570,加入量为纳米氧化铟锡质量的1%,剪切速率为5000 r/min,剪切时间6 h。该研究成果为纳米氧化铟锡的应用提供了依据。
Spectrophotometry and sedimentation analysis were used to study the dispersion stability of nm-ITO in alcohol. The effect of various parameters such as shearing speed, dispersing time, pH value, dispersant and its consumption on dispersion stability was studied. The optimium conditions obtained from the tests were that KH570 was selected as coupling agent, its mass consumption was 1% of that of ITO, the shearing speed was 5000 r/min, shearing time was 6 h. The results provided basis for further industrial application of ITO.
