摘要
通过D-MS摩擦试验机,研究了以坡缕石和丁腈改性酚醛树脂组成的摩擦材料的摩擦磨损性能,结果表明:随着坡缕石含量的增大,材料的平均摩擦系数和平均磨损率都增大,磨损率随温度的升高而升高;20目坡缕石、含量为81%的40目坡缕石、含量为87%的60目坡缕石的五种摩擦材料,在高温(350℃)时有一定的抗热衰退性。
The friction and wear properties of the friction material composed of polygorskite and phenolic resin modified with NBR were studied by D-MS wear tester. The result showed that, both mean of friction coefficient and mean of wear rate were rised with the increase of polygorskite content, the wear rate was rised with the increase of test temperature, and friction materials composed of 20 meshes, 81% 40meshes, 87% 60 meshes polygorskite have better anti-heat fading capability at 350℃.
