摘要
油膜水滴是使用冷空气、微量可自然降解油剂和少量水经复合喷雾法形成的可自然分解的新型绿色切削液。通过车削试验,比较和分析了不同冷却润滑加工方法下的切削力,揭示出雾状油膜水滴绿色切削液的优越性。
Cooled air ,minimum botanic oils and little water were used to form new cutting fluids of oils on water(OoW) by means of combined mist-jet. The paper compares and analyzes the cutting force under some different kinds of major cooling methods through the results of cutting experiment. It shows the superiority of OoW green cutting fluids.
