摘要
目的确定一枝黄花的化学光谱特征。方法用紫外-可见光谱和荧光光谱分别对一枝黄花进行光谱分析。结果一枝黄花的紫外-可见光谱吸收峰分别在665,606,535和504 nm处,荧光光谱的最大发射波长为674 nm。结论此法可快捷、准确地鉴定一枝黄花。该法操作简便、灵敏度高、重复性好,且所得图谱具有指纹特征。
Objective To determine the chemical spectral character of Soldago decurrens Lour. Methods Spectroscopic analysis of Sold.ago decurrens Lour was performed with UV absorption spectroscopy and fluorescence spectroscopy. Results Ultraviolet spectral analysis show that the absorption of Soldago decurrens Lour were at 665,606,535 and 504 nm respectively. It exhibited one intense fluorescent emission band at 674 nm. Conclusion The methods of UV absorption spectra and Fluorescence spectra can identify Soldago decurrens Lour swiftly and accurately. The methods are easy and simple to operate, and it also has high sensitivity and good repetition. In addition, the diagram that we have got has the characteristic of fingerprint.
