摘要
目的测定漆姑草K,Na,Ca,Mg,Mn,Cu,Fe,Zn等8种微量元素的含量。方法原子吸收分光光度法。结果漆姑草中含有丰富的人体必需的微量元素。结论微量元素在漆姑草中起到到一定的药效作用。为漆姑草的进一步研究和综合开发利用提供了新的科学依据。
Objective To study K, Na, Ca, Mg, Mn, Cu, Fe, Zn eight different kinds of elements quality in Sagina japonica ( SW. ) Ohwi.. Methods Atomic absorption spectrometry. Results The results showed that Sagina japonica (SW.) Ohwi is rich in trace elements which human body needs. Conclusion The trace elements play an important medical role in Sagina japonica (SW.) Ohwi.. Our study provides new scientific foundation for further study and general application of Sagina japonica (SW.) Ohwi.
