摘要 目的采用正交实验法优选麻罕挥发油的提取工艺。方法以挥发油得量为指标,以药材粉碎粒度、固液比、浸泡时间为因素进行正交实验。结果最佳提取工艺条件为:药材粉碎粒度<16目,加入蒸馏水使得固液比为1∶10,室温下浸泡时间20 h后水蒸气蒸馏。结论提取工艺简便易行。 Objective To optimize the extraction process of volatile oil in Michelia hedyosperma Lew by orthogonal design. Methods Using the volume of volatile oil as the index and the screen mesh of medicinal materials, the ratio of solid to liquid and soaking time as affecting factors the orthogonal experiment was conducted. Results The optimized extraction process was as follows.. medicinal materials which sereen mesh were 16, the ratio of solid to liquid 1: 10 being soaked in the water for 20 hr and distilled with vapour. Conclusion The optimized extraction process is simple and practicable.
