综述了近年来民族医药知识产权保护的现状、存在的问题,探讨了民族医药知识产权保护的途径,即从专利、商标、商业秘密等方面进行综合保护。
To sum up actualities and problems of protection of intellectual property for the national medicine and discuss approaches to intellectual property fights protection of national medicine such as the legal systems of patent, trademark and trade secret.
