摘要
目的观察中药治疗老年灼口综合征的临床效果。方法将42例老年灼口综合征的患者随机分为两组,治疗组(n=21)采用口服中药治疗;对照组(n=21)采用金施尔康,华素片治疗。结果治疗组显效率85.71%,对照组显效率14.29%。治疗组疗效与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论中药治疗老年灼口综合征疗效较好,疗效巩固。
Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on burning mouth syndrome in the aged. Methods Forty-two patients with burning mouth syndrome were randomly divided into two groups： treated group （ n = 21 ） given traditional Chinese medicine, and control group （ n = 21） treated with theragran gold and cydiodine. Results Markedly effective rates were 85.71% and 14.29% in treated group and control group, respectively. There was significant difference between two groups （P〈 0.01）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine is better to improve the curative effect, even to consolidate effectiveness.
