摘要
半固态合金组织的形成有两种不同的途径:枝晶球化和球形组织直接生长。经过30多年的发展,半固态合金流变成形又成为目前的研究重点。论述了双螺旋机械搅拌式流变射铸工艺、New Rheocast Processing、Semi Solid Rehoeasting、低过热度浇注和弱电磁搅拌式流变铸造、Continuous Rheoconversion Process的工艺特点和核心思想,分析了其发展前景。
Two quite different means, i.e. spheroidization of dendritic structures and direct growh of spheroidal microstructure are used to form desired structure for semi-solid forming:. Although it was studied more than three decade, semi-solid forming is becoming the hot topic once again. The technological features and essential principle of the twin-screw rehomoulding, new rheocast processing, semi solid rehocasting, low superheat pouring and weak electromagnetic stirring and continuous rheoconversion Process are reviewed respectively, and the future prospect is point out.
