摘要
分析了我国航空工业科研体制的现状,从航空工业科研的组织结构、运行机制以及管理制度等方面提出了改进的意见和建议,并指出了体制改革过程中需要把握的关键环节。
Analyzed the scientific research system in the current situation of China＇s aviation industry, put forward some new opinions and suggestions from organization＆ structures, running mechanism and management system in the aviation industry scientific research, and point out that is necessary to grasp the key link in the reform process.
