摘要 在源水厂监控系统中采用了多种硬件和软件上的工业组态技术。采用以太网和modbus现场总线作为系统集成的主干线,运用工业组态软件Intouch作为界面组态软件实现面向设备的操作,运用PLC组态工具rslogix500实现设备现场信号的组态。工业组态技术较好地实现了源水厂的监控系统,源水厂实现了在无人职守条件下进行生产。 The thesis used many industrial configurations technique of hardware and software in source-waterwork's supervisory system. It had carried out the system by taking Ethernet and Modbus fieldbus as the main trunk circuit of the system integration, using industrial configuration tool of Intouch as the interfacial configuration tool to realize the device oriented operation and using PLC programming tool of rslogix500 to realize the configuration of the local device signal. It shows that the application of industrial configuration technique does well in realizing the source-waterworks supervisory system, and the source-waterworks can run without people.
