摘要
人才是第一资源,是医院竞争和持续发展的重要保证。本文试从医院人才引进、使用、培养和评价等环节出发,积极探讨加强医院人事档案管理工作,从而促进医院人才“进得了、留得住、干得好”的人才战略目标的实现。
Talents are the major promise for competitions and sustainable development of hospitals. This article explores the ways to deal with personnel files in hospitals basing on the recommendation, appointment, fostering and evaluation of the talents, in order to achieve the goal in human resource strategy that is, attracting talents, working securely, and achieving greatly.
