摘要
分别用1.5%、3.0%、4.5%的NaCl对生长10 d的玉米旱3405的幼苗进行短期的胁迫处理。结果表明:玉米旱3405幼苗对不同浓度的NaCl胁迫均表现出一定的顺应反应,在胁迫处理后24、d幼苗叶、根中的脯氨酸含量均呈上升趋势,叶中还原糖含量增加。
Ten-day old Maize seedlings were treated with 1.5%,3.0% and4.5% NaCl. the contents of praline in leaves and roots,the contents of reducing sugar in leaves were investigated in 2 d and 4 d after treatment. The result showed that contents of praline in leaves and roots and the contents of reducing sugar in leaves were all increased. These results was an acclimation of Mazie seedling under NaCl stress.
