摘要
通过改变标准溶液的配制方法,利用标准小麦和小麦样品基体元素相近来消除干扰,使原子吸收法测定小麦中微量元素变得快速准确。
There were various trace elements in wheat. For the existence of interferential elements, reagent should be added into standard solution to remove disturbance when using atomic absorption spectroscopy, which was comparatively trivial. Since the matrix elements in the standard wheat and the wheat sample were similar, determination was improved to be rapid＇and accurate in this paper by changing the method of compounding standard solution.
