摘要 介绍了超声研齿的原理与方法,对超声研齿振动子系统进行了研究与分析。依据四端网络的基本原理,利用力电类比的方法,给出了换能—变幅器的等效电路图,并通过电路运算,推导出换能—变幅器的频率方程和放大倍数的计算公式。据此,设计出了谐振特性良好的超声研齿换能—变幅器。最后对超声研齿振动系统的谐振特性进行了测量,理论计算与试验基本相符。 The principle and method of the ultrasonic lapping of bevel gears are presented and introduced. The vibration subsystem for the ultrasonic lapping of gears are studied and analyzed. Based on the theory of four-end network, the equivalent electric circuit diagrams of the transducer-horn are given by using the analogous method between mechanical force and electric. The frequency equations and formulas of amplification factor for the transducer-horn are derived by means of calculation of the equivalent electric circuit diagrams. On the basis of the expressions, a set of transducer-horn with the favorable resonance performance is designed. Finally, the resonance system for the ultrasonic lapping of gears has been measured. Good agreement between the result and the theoretical calculation is observed.
