摘要
《物权法》以登记生效主义为原则确认登记在不动产物权变动中的效力,并辅之以预告登记、更正登记、异议登记等新制度,这对建立和完善我国不动产登记制度有重大意义,但对一些现实问题尚需尽快制定配套法律予以明确。
In the property law, registration effectiveness as a principle to confirm the effect of registration in the change of ownership of real property, supplemented by the notice registration,the correction registration, the objection registration and so on,this contains the great significance to establish and improve real property registration system. ,but a number of practical issues still need to enact laws to be dearly supported as soon as possible.
