摘要
目的探讨血管内皮标记物CD105在人脑垂体腺瘤中的表达及其意义。方法免疫组化SP法分别以CD34、CD105为指标检测28例人脑垂体瘤中的微血管密度(MVD),分析其与肿瘤侵袭性的关系及两者的特异性。结果CD34、CD105在非侵袭性垂体瘤中的表达强度即MVD分别为(36·21±19·96)、(17·61±15·51),在侵袭性垂体瘤中的表达强度MVD为(48·59±16·53)、(21·92±14·83)。2者的表达强度均与肿瘤的侵袭性无关(t=0·184,P>0·05,及t=0·632,P>0·05)。CD105无论在非侵袭性垂体瘤或侵袭性垂体瘤中的表达强度均明显低于CD34(t=1·63,P<0·05及t=4·92,P<0·01)。结论MVD与垂体瘤的侵袭性无关。作为一种新生血管内皮标记物,CD105较泛血管内皮标记物CD34具有明显的特异性,是一种更好的MVD计数指标。
Objective To study the expression and the significance of the endothelium cell marker CD105 in human pituitary tumors. Methods Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect micro vessel density (MVD) in 28 cases pituitary tumors, by the MVD marker of CD34 and CD105. Different MVD were analyzed by statistical method to find the relationship between MVD and the invasion of pituitary tumors. Results MVD detected by CD34 and CD105 in non-invasive group was (36.21±19.96), (17.61± 15.51) ,as well as( 48. 59±16.53) ,(21.92±14. 83) in the invasive group. MVD shows no statistical significance in the non-invasion group or invasion group, neither detected by CD34(t=0. 184, P〉0. 05) nor detected by CD105(t=0. 632, P〉0.05). MVD detected by CD105 is obviously lower than CD34, both in non-invasive group (t=1.63, P〈0.05) and invasive group(t = 4. 92, P〈 0. 01)Conclusion MVD doesn't correlate with the invasion of pituitary tumors. As a new endothelium cell marker, CD105 is a better specific endothelium cell marker than CD34.
