摘要
目的:测定济南市售首乌藤中大黄素含量。方法:采用HPLC,色谱柱:lichrospherC18柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(83∶17),流速:1mL·min-1,检测波长:288nm。结果:市售首乌藤中大黄素含量为0.0517%～0.187%。结论:市售首乌藤中大黄素含量差距较大,其质量存在比较明显的差异。
Objective： To study the quality of caulis polygoni multiflori from different drugstores in Jinan. Methods： HPLC was used with Lichrospher C18 column （4. 6mm × 150mm, 5μm）, the mobile phase was methanol -0. 1% phosphoric acid （83：17）, the flow rate was 1mL·min^-1, the detection wavelength was 288nm. Results： The content of emodin in caulis polygoni multiflori from different drugstores varied from 0. 051 7% to 0. 187%. Conclusion： The qualities of caulis polygoni multiflori are different in different drugstores.
