摘要
作为金融与经济关系的经济学解释,金融发展理论的演变经历了金融结构理论、金融深化理论、金融内生理论等不同发展阶段。这些理论对发展中国家金融改革的影响是显著的,教训也是深刻的。进入20世纪90年代中后期,在经济全球化和经济金融化的新形势下,国内一些学者也开始致力于寻求适应当前国内外经济形势的金融发展理论的突破,其中由白钦先教授提出的以金融资源论为基础、金融功能演进为视角、金融效率的提升为战略目标的新的全面金融发展理论——金融可持续发展理论,是现代金融发展理论的重大创新。
As the economic explanation for the relation between finance and economy, the evolution of the finance development theory had experienced several stages including the financial structure theory, the financial deepening theory, the endogenous finance theory, etc. These theories had great effects on the financial reform of the developing countries, and the lessons also were profound. To the later period of 1990s＇, under the new situation of economical globalization and economical financialization, a few domestic scholars started to be engaged in searching for the breakthrough of the finance development theory adapting to the current domestic and foreign economical situation, in which the financial sustainable development theory put forward by Professor Bai is an important innovation of the modern finance development theory. The theory is based on the financial resource theory, views from the evaluation of financial functions, and regards the promotion of financial efficiency as its destination.
