摘要
目的了解急诊科护士工作中主要的压力来源、压力的程度和应对方式,为护理管理者有效地帮助护士减轻工作压力提供依据。方法采用问卷调查法对重庆市5所医院的130名急诊科护士的工作压力进行调查分析。结果护理专业及工作、工作量及时间分配、患者护理方面的问题护士感到压力较高,工作环境及资源、管理及人际关系方面的问题护士感到压力一般;工作压力随工龄增加明显升高。结论护理管理者应注意:充分运用激励机制;掌握护理人员的心理健康状态有针对性地采取心理管理;根据成长与发展的不同阶段作好人员管理。
Objeetive To explore the sources, extent and effective coping of job stress in emergency room(ER) nurses and to provide the scientific basis for working out the coping ways relieving job stress of ER nurses effectively. Methods A questionnaire investigation was conducted in 130 nurses from 5 hospitals in Chongqing. Results Professional and career issues,workload and allocation of time, patient care and interaction were the major sources of stress. Workingenvironment,interpersonal relationships and management were general problems causing stress. The job stress increased along with the job seniority obviously. Conclusion Taking advantage of incentive mechanisms, specific psychological management and individualized personnel management are of crucial importance in reducing job stress of nurses.
