摘要
阐述了经营管理要以人为本,从不同阶段探讨了实施工程造价的全过程管理。从强化企业决策层的质量意识,建立质量保证体系等方面研究了施工质量的全过程内控,从而促进建筑企业的发展。
The idea of regarding human as the basis in management is elaborated. From carrying out whole prooedure engineering cost management, strengthening acquaintance of quality of decision layer, building quality assurance system and other aspects whole procedure internal construetion quality control is discussed in order to promote the development of construction enterprises.
