摘要
目的：探讨TUVP术治疗高危且伴有重度前列腺增生的临床效果。方法：对我院41例重度前列腺增生并伴有全身重要脏器疾病的老年男性用TUVP术，采用分段法，低重量切除治疗。结果：术中术后没有明显并发症出现，术前术后的IPSS、Qmax、残余尿量变化等均有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论：分段、低重量的TUVP术对伴有全身重要脏器疾病的重度前列腺增生男性患者是一种有效的治疗手段。
Objective.To investigate the clinical effects of transurethral vaporation-resection of prostate （TUVP） in the treatment of obstructive severe benign prostatic hyperplasia （BHP） with high-risk factors. Method：41 old patients （〉70 years old） of severe BHP accompanied with complicated underlying diseases, admitted in our hospital from 2000 to 2004 and accepted TUVP were studied retrospectively. Result：There was no complications happened in-operation or post-operation, and the differences pre-operation and post-operation in the IPSS, Qmax and volume of urine retention reached statistical significance （P〈0.001）. Conclusion ：TUVP through step-by- step manner and low-weight resection could be an effective and safe method for the severe BPH patient accompanied with high-risk factors.
