摘要
甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)是生产聚氨酯的主要原料,其生产工艺流程复杂,生产过程中的原料、辅料、成品具有一定的火灾危险性,通过对TDI生产装置各主要单元进行火灾危险性分析,得到适当的安全对策措施。
TDI is the main polyurethanes. The production there is fire hazard in the raw material for producing of this is quite complicated and raw material, supplementary material and the finished product. Based on the analysis of fire hazard in the main units of the TDI production equipment, the countermeasures have been got. They decreased the fire hazards greatly during the application.
