摘要
文中介绍一种新型结构光纤温度传感器的制作过程和测试结果,简要分析了工作原理。这种温度传感器具有体积小、结构简单、性能稳定、灵敏度高、响应速度快、抗干扰能力强和耐腐蚀等优点。
An optical fiber temperature sensor for chemical reaction and industrial production is presented. Its structure is formed directly onto the fibre cladding by chemical etching. The experimental results show that the optical fiber temperature sensor has a high sensitivity.
