摘要
随着知识经济时代的来临,知识作为最基本的资本要素改变了组织中的人力资源配置结构———从事知识工作的知识员工正逐渐成为组织运营过程的主要参与者和劳动价值的基本创造者。知识员工和传统员工相比具有其自身的特点,本文系统考察了知识员工的基本特征,深入分析了传统管理在知识型组织中面临的困境;在此基础上提出了知识员工管理的动态协同模式,并进一步探讨了这种知识员工管理模式在现代组织中的应用,从而为在知识经济时代解决传统管理的困境、优化知识员工管理工作提出了相应的对策。
With the coming of the age of knowledge economy, as the most basic capital element, knowledge is changing the disposition structur of human resource in the organisation - knowledge workers who is engaged in knowledge working become the main participators in the organisation running and the producer of labor value gradually. Knowledge workers have the characteristics of themselves compared with traditional workers. The article inspected the basic characteristics of knowledge workers, and thoroughly analysed the difficult position of traditional management in the knowledge organizations ;on this basis, the dynamic -coordinating management model of knowledge workers was proposed; and the article inquired further into the application of the management model in modem organizations, thus some countermeasures which are used to settl the difficult position of traditional management in the age of knowledge economy and optimize the managing of knowledge workers were put forward.
