摘要
信息时代,电子文件具有极其重要的价值,可以更有效地发挥文件社会效用和经济效益,为社会的进步和社会的发展服务。电子文件在检索、利用、传输等方面能高效、快捷、方便满足利用者的需求,利用者足不出户,即可在自己的电脑终端上看到通过自己所要的信息。本文针对电子文件利用的方式、要求和原则进行了分析论证,为电子文档更有效的利用提供了借鉴。
The electronic file plays a very important role in the information time. It can make full use of both social avail and economic result. The electronic file is more efficient, more convenient and quicker on searching and transfering. It can satisfy with the demander. The demander can get the information on his own computer. In this paper, by deeply analyzing and researching the method, demand and principle of utilizing electronic file. It should be file more effiently.
