摘要
以丙烯酰胺为主组份,复合无机盐为防火隔热剂,制备了高效薄型防火凝胶体。通过正交实验法优化的配比为:丙烯酰胺20 g,交联剂0.2 g,KAl(SO4)26 g,MgCl2.6H2O 15.8 g和少量引发剂。按照GB15763.1—2001规定方法测得防火凝胶体各项性能指标为:透光率94%,耐辐射性能8.3%,防火玻璃总厚度20 mm,着火面在1 100℃以上的高温下持续70 min以上,背火面温度仍能保持在140℃以下,各项指标达到或优于GB15763.1—2001要求。
Using acrylamide as the main materials,compound abio-salt as reagent for fireproofing to pre-pare thin type fireproof gel with high efficiency,the best technique conditions as follows by orthogonal ex-periment:acrylamide is20g,cross-linking agent is 0.2 g,KAl(SO4)2(6g),MgCl2·6H2O(15.8g)and some initiator,we can get capability index of fireproof gel,transmittance can reach 94%, radiation toler-ance capability is 8.3%,the thickness of fireproof glass is 20mm,when high temperature of one surface reach 1100℃and standing 70 min,the temperature of the other surface still keep 140℃,the every in-dex reach or precede the request of GB15763.1——2001.
