摘要
研究了硫化异丁烯的绿色合成方法,降低了碱性含硫废水排放。通过二次硫化脱氯反应,第1次硫化脱氯反应中,硫化钠加入量为0.70-0.72 mol/mol S2Cl2,异丙醇加入量为1.33 mol/mol S2Cl2,反应时间0.5 h;第2次硫化脱氯反应硫化钠加入量为0.24-0.34 mol/mol S2Cl2,反应时间1-3 h。产品质量达到国内外同类产品的标准,含硫废水(呈酸性)排放量为传统工艺的30%。
A green synthesis method of sulphide isobutene was investigated to reduce discharge of alkaline sulphide waste water in this paper. Through secondary sulfidation and antiehloration,controlling quantity of sodium sulfide to 0.70~0.72 mol/molS2Cl2,quantity of isopropanol is 1.33 mol/mol S2Cl2,and reaction time is half an hour in the first sulfidation and antiehloration,in the second reaction,the quantity of natrium sulfide is 0.24~0.34 mol/mol S2Cl2,and reaction time is 1~3 h.Discharge quantity of acidic sulphide waste water is 30% of traditional technology and final product is high quality.
