摘要
为了找出万家寨水轮机叶片裂纹的原因,对出现裂纹的叶片进行了化学成分、力学性能、叶片组焊后残余应力测定以及显微组织、断口分析。结果表明:叶片的开裂与焊缝附近较高的残余拉应力有直接的关系。
To find the cracking reason for WJZ turbine blades, the chemical composition, the mechanical properties, the residual stress after welding, the microstructure of the turbine blade and the fracture appearance have been analyzed. It is indicated that the main reason for the cracking is the high residual stress after the welding process.
