有限内固定结合外固定支架治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折临床分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的:探讨有限内固定结合外固定支架治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的方法和临床疗效。方法:2002年3月～2005年12月,采用有限内固定结合外固定支架治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折34例。按AO/AS IF分型:A3型11例,C2型12例,C3型11例。结果:本组34例随访6～28个月,平均11个月。术后测量掌倾角0度～18度(平均11度),尺偏角为20度～35度(平均26.1度),骨折愈合时间平均7.5个月(6～12个月)。术后腕关节功能:优20例,良10例,可4例,差0例,优良率88.2%。结论:有限内固定可以较好的恢复腕关节面的平整,外固定支架很好的维持了桡骨远端关节内骨折的稳定,两者结合治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折,具有复位良好、固定可靠、疗效满意、并发症少的优点。
