摘要
针对成分为Ti-47.5Al-2.5V-1.0Cr的铸造γ-TiAl合金,分别研究了该合金经车削、粗磨和精磨后的表面粗糙度、表面残余应力以及表面加工硬化。试验表明,经机加工后合金表面均产生残余压应力,随表面粗糙度数值的降低,表面轴向残余压应力增大,而径向残余压应力则变化不大。在用水砂纸磨削过程中,切削微刃占主导地位,可以把车削产生的硬化层去掉,故随表面粗糙度数值的降低,表面加工硬化程度逐渐降低。
The specimen surface roughness, residual stress and working hardening of cast alloy Ti-47.5Al-2.5V-1.0Cr have been investigated by turning, rough grinding and fine grinding. The results reveal that all there exist residual compressive stress in machined specimen surface. With decreasing the surface roughness, the surface residual stress in axial direction is increased while that in radial direction is somewhat changed. The micro-cutting edge is dominant in grinding specimen surface by waterproof abrasive paper, which can remove the hardened layer from turning, resulting in the gradually decrease of surface working hardening degree with the decrease of surface roughness.
