摘要
从骨质疏松症的病因病机着手,阐述该病的辨证思路,确立治法。1·从肾气肾精不足,治当补肾填精;2·若脾胃功能衰惫,当立健脾养胃法培顾后天;3·肝阴不足,应疏肝与养肝并用;4·血液流变学呈现“高、浓、粘、聚”状态,当活血化瘀。该病病因病机复杂,应病症合参、辨证求因,治疗上当标本兼治、虚实兼顾。
Starting from causa morhi and mechnism of osteoporosis, it reiterates the differentiation thought and treatment of the disease. 1. Nourish kidney to add essence for deficient kidney qi and essence; 2. Reinforce spleen and notify stomach for fatigue spleen and stomach; 3. Combine clearing liver and nourishing liver for deficient liver Yin; 4. Activate blood flow to remove stasis for ＂high, dense, mucosa and mass＂ in blood rheology. Owing to complicated mechanism and causa morbi, we should refer to disease and symptoms together, differentiate signs for causes, pay attention to both superficial and root, deficiency and excess for treatment.
