摘要
提出并实现了一种基于H.261标准视频压缩算法的蓝牙无线传输系统。系统以作者自主研发的基于H.261标准的视频编解码板为平台,通过蓝牙进行短距离的无线视频数据传输,系统能通过软件对视频数据码流的控制,很好地实现视频数据压缩算法和传输方式的升级。实际应用表明,该系统取得了良好的视频效果,具有很好的应用前景。
In this paper, we propose a Bluetooth wireless transmission method based on compression standard H.261. We introduce a transmission system based on a H.261 codec, as a platform, on which the video data flow is transmitted using Bluetooth technique. A high-speed UART, which is simple and easy to implement on FPGA, is employed between the H.261 codec and the Bluetooth block, fulfilling the idea of controlling the data flow through software method, by which this system well implements the scalability of the algorithm for video coding and transmission mode. The experimental results show that the system works stably and has a good result.
