摘要
川西深井地层岩性致密,砂泥岩互层发育,局部含砾岩层,岩性在纵向上和横向上差异很大,同一构造相同地层在不同井之间机械钻速不同,特别是须家河、小塘子组地层,石英含量高,岩石硬度大,研磨性强,严重制约了川西深层气藏的勘探开发。文章从测井资料中提取地层抗钻参数,采用灰色关联分析方法,结合实钻资料,优选适合川西深井砂泥岩地层的钻头类型。应用表明,该法计算简单,实用性强,有助于现场综合优快地提高机械钻速。
In deep wells of west Sichuan, the lithology of stratum is very compact and the sandstone and mudstone is alternate layer. In partial stratum, there is conglomerate bed. The lithology is different in vertical direction and cross direction, and in the same structure the drilling rate is different among different wells. Especially in Xujiahe and Xiaotangzi group formation, quartz content is high, the rock is very hard and abrasive property is high, which restrict seriously the exploratory development of deep wells in west Sichuan. In this paper, based on actual drilling data and adopting grey relation analysis method, the bit types were optimized which are suited for sandstone and mudstone stratum of west Sichuan. Applications manifested that the method is simple and the practicability is feasible, which will contribute to improve drilling rate.
