摘要
S气藏在压裂过程中缝高扩展较快,致使缝长偏短甚至发生砂堵,严重影响压裂效果。在建立裂缝三维延伸数学模型的基础上,对裂缝高度影响因素进行了正交试验分析。考虑施工排量、隔层应力差、压裂液粘度、杨氏模量、渗透率等5个参数,编制了正交方案。对影响S气藏压裂裂缝高度的因素进行了直观分析,得到了地层及施工参数等对缝高影响的主次关系依次为:隔层应力差→压裂液粘度→施工排量→杨氏模量→渗透率,对于S气藏控制缝高压裂设计具有直接指导意义。
Fracture height is expanded quickly for fracturing in Reservoir S,by which fracture is shorter or sand plug is induced,fracturing effect is severely influenced.On the basis of establishing a 3D extension mathematic model,an orthogonal experimental analysis is carried out on the influence facors of fracture height.An orthogonal scheme is developed in consideration of operational displacement,poor stress in restraining barriers,viscosity of fracturing fluid,Young's modulus and permeability.A visual analysis is conducted on the factors influencing the fracture height of Reservoir S.It is proposed that the effects of formation and operation parameters on the fracture height include poor stress of restraining barriers,viscosity of fracturing fluid,operation displacement,Young's modulus and permeability,by which guidance is provided for fracture design of its height control in Reservoir S.
