摘要
电动机软起动方式是一种无级的调节电动机定子端电压的方法,可抑制电动机起动过程中的电流冲击,并能缓解电动机起动过程中电压降落问题.但一般的软起动方式是开环控制方式,故在电动机起动过程中仍然存在着电磁转矩和电流脉动问题.这里提出一种采用功率因数角作为反馈信号的软起动过程闭环控制方法,该方法可以使电动机起动过程中的电磁转矩和电流脉动得到明显抑制.
Motor soft starting mode is a stepless way to regulate the stator voltage, which can restrain the current shock and mitigate the voltage dropping during the starting process of motor. Since the common soft starting is run in open loop control mode, there exists fluctuation in current and electromagnetic moment during the starting process. In this paper a soft starting closed - loop control method is proposed which uses the power factor angle as a feedback signal. The fluctuation of current and the electromagnetic moment can be restrained obviously with this method.
