低温催化氧化CO的铜锌铈体系催化剂的制备研究 被引量:4

摘要 铜-锌复合氧化物催化剂具有较好的低温催化氧化一氧化碳的活性,在此体系中引入适当比例的铈以后,催化剂的T99(CO的99%转化温度)明显下降.采用正交实验的方法,研究了催化剂组成(2因素)、沉淀剂比例、陈化时间、煅烧温度5个制备因素对催化活性的影响.正交实验预测铜锌铈3种元素的摩尔比为2.4∶3.6∶4、沉淀剂使用NaOH、陈化时间为3 h、煅烧温度为450℃时所制得的催化剂有较好的活性.经过实验证明,上述条件下制备的催化剂在130℃就可将检测气(含一氧化碳1%的空气)中的一氧化碳完全氧化. Although Cu-Zn-O catalyst has good activity on CO oxidation,the reaction temperature is still high. The addition of proper cerium into the catalyst can improve its activity considerably. The effects of five preparative factors on activity of catalysts are examined by orthogonal tests , such as component of catalyst ( including 2 factors) , proportion of precipitator, ageing time and calcination temperature. The optimal preparative condition is obtained at: CuO : ZnO : CeO2 =2.4 : 3.6 : 4,NaOH as precipitator,3 hrs aging time, calcined at 450℃. The experiments reveal that the catalyst prepared in the preceding condition can fully oxidize CO in testing gas( the air containing 1% CO) at 130℃.
