摘要
新疆大学作为边疆民族区域地方高校,肩负着培养少数民族高层次人才的主要职能。在发展实践中,逐步建构起以“梯田模式”为基本特征的民族高等教育人才培养体系:夯实两个基础平台、构建三个质量维度和突出一个德育制高点,即“汉语授课模式”+“分层培养模式”的智育大平台,“科技班模式”+“少数民族理工科人才培养模式”+“特色学科高层次人才培养模式”的三个质量维度,以及“三课模式”的德育制高点,并在人才培养全过程贯穿因材施教与按需施教的多维互动。
As a frontier nationality regional higher institution, Xinjiang University holds the main function of cultivating higher level minority talents. In the developmental practice, it has gradually constructed the nationality higher educational talents cultivating system featuring the "model of terrace", which means to tamp two basic platforms, construct 3 quantitative dimensions and highlight one moral educational point in terms of the great intelligent educational platform featuring "Chinese teaching model" plus "delaminating cultivation model", the three quantitative dimensions featuring "Science and Technology Class model" plus "minority engineering talent cultivation model" plus "characteristic disciplinary high level talent cultivation model" and the moral educational highlight featuring "three-class model". Meanwhile, multi-interaction of teaching students in accordance of their aptitude and teaching students in accordance of their demand will irapenetrate through the whole course of talent cultivation.
