摘要
连铸圆坯纵向裂纹是连铸圆坯常见缺陷之一。对典型纵裂缺陷进行分析研究得出,纵裂炉号的铝、硫含量较高,中间包温度偏高;纵裂的微观特征是,裂纹沿网状铁素体延伸,铁素体中有大量AlN和MnS夹杂物析出;铝含量较高,AlN大量析出,降低了铁素体的塑性,从而导致连铸坯纵裂。试验还证实,纵裂多发生在钢的中温脆性区(45钢约为800℃左右)。为消除纵裂,应合理控制铝含量,降低硫含量。
Longitudinal cracking is one of the often observed defects in continuously castblanks. Some conclusions have been obtained through analysing some typical cracks: content of S,Al is higher in heats suffering from these cracks; steel temperature in tundish is higher; the longitudinal cracks extend along net ferrite, in which a great amount of AlN and MnS are precipitated. Obviously the higher content of Al, as well as the precipitation of AlN make ferrite more brittle and it is one of important reasons for cracking in continuously cast blanks. The experiments have shown also that most of cracks take place in temperature zone of brittleness (about 800 ℃ for 45 steel). In order to avoid longitudinal cracking, the content of S and Al should be reduced, tundish temperature should be controlled properly.
