摘要
介绍了两管薄膜晶体管(TFT)和四管TFT有源驱动有机发光二极管工作原理,结合TFT工作条件限制以及实现显示的要求完成了四管TFT有源驱动有机电致发光单元像素的设计,利用Hspice软件验证了单元像素的设计结果,最大输出电流为2.1μA,一帧的时间后变化到2.0μA,变化量小于一个灰阶电流,满足显示要求。
Working principle of organic light emitting diode based on two thin film transistors (TFT) and four TFT is introduced. Parameters of four TFTs and storage capacitor are calculated and optimized. The pixel circuit is simulated by Hspice. The maximum current is 2.1 μA and it reduces to 2.0μA after 1 frame time. The variation of 0. 1μA is less than the grayscale current.
