摘要
运用文献资料、专家访谈和比较分析的方法对我国普通高校高水平运动队教练员队伍现状进行了深入的调查和系统地分析,并针对高校教练中存在的问题提出对策性建议,为推动我国普通高校高水平竞技体育发展服务。
studay is made in the present situations and countermeasures of coaches of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities in china by using different ways,such as consulting the documents and materials,searching vast of references and making comparatives analysis~ Based on the analysis,this paper puts forwards the relevant suggestions in order to serve for the further development of the high-level athletics sports in Chinese regular higher educational institutions.
