日粮电解质平衡对肉用仔鸡养分利用和生长性能的影响 被引量:8

摘要 用21羽六周龄AA仔鸡随机分成相等的三组,研究NaHCO3和CaCl2作为饲粮电解质平衡(DCAB)的调节剂对肉用仔鸡养分利用率和生长性能的影响。结果表明,肉用仔鸡的干物质采食量在各处理间无明显差异。C组(添加NaHCO3,饲粮DCAB209mmolkg-1)的干物质、有机物和粗蛋白质的利用率最高,比对照组(DCAB119)分别提高7.3%(P>0.05)、7.0%(P>0.05)和20.5%(P>0.05),比B组(添加CaCl2,DCAB-55)分别提高19.8%(P<0.01)、17.9%(P<0.01)和96.3%(P<0.01)。与对照组相比,C组仔鸡的日增重提高46.5%(P>0.05),而B组降低了26.8%(P>0.05)。每千克增重的耗料量C组比对照组降低2.15kg,而B组增高2.50kg。C组的血浆HCO-3浓度显著高于B组(P<0.05),也略高于对照组(P>0.05)。而全血pH及血浆Na、K、Ca、P的浓度在各处理间无显著差异(P>0.05)。可以推断,添加NaHCO3增加饲粮DCAB至209mmolkg-1。 Twenty-one AA broilers aged six weeks were used to investigate the effect of supplementary NaHCO_3 and CaCl_2 as regulators of dietary cation-anion balance (DCAB) on efficiency of nutrients utilization and growth of broilers The results were shown as follows Little difference was found in dry matter intake by broilers among different treatments The efficiency of utilization of dry matter, organic matter and crude protein by broilers was 73% (P>005), 70% (P>005) and 205% (P>005) higher in group C with inclusion of NaHCO_3 in diet (DCAB 209 mmol kg^-1) than that in control (DCAB 119), and also increased by 198% (P<0.01), 179% (P<0.01) and 963% (P<001) over group B with inclusion of CaCl_2 (DCAB -55), respectively The liveweight gain of broilers increased by 46.5% (P>005) in group C and decreased by 268% (P>0.05) in group B in comparison with control Feed conversion ratio was 215 kg kg-1 lower in group C and 250 kg kg-1 higher in group B than that in control Broilers in group C had significantly (P<005) higher concentration of plasma HCO-3 than those in group B, and also slightly higher concentration than those in control (P>005) No significant differences (P>005) were found among different treatments in the blood pH and concentrations of plasma Na, K, Ca and P
