摘要
用21羽六周龄AA仔鸡随机分成相等的三组,研究NaHCO3和CaCl2作为饲粮电解质平衡(DCAB)的调节剂对肉用仔鸡养分利用率和生长性能的影响。结果表明,肉用仔鸡的干物质采食量在各处理间无明显差异。C组(添加NaHCO3,饲粮DCAB209mmolkg-1)的干物质、有机物和粗蛋白质的利用率最高,比对照组(DCAB119)分别提高7.3%(P>0.05)、7.0%(P>0.05)和20.5%(P>0.05),比B组(添加CaCl2,DCAB-55)分别提高19.8%(P<0.01)、17.9%(P<0.01)和96.3%(P<0.01)。与对照组相比,C组仔鸡的日增重提高46.5%(P>0.05),而B组降低了26.8%(P>0.05)。每千克增重的耗料量C组比对照组降低2.15kg,而B组增高2.50kg。C组的血浆HCO-3浓度显著高于B组(P<0.05),也略高于对照组(P>0.05)。而全血pH及血浆Na、K、Ca、P的浓度在各处理间无显著差异(P>0.05)。可以推断,添加NaHCO3增加饲粮DCAB至209mmolkg-1。
