摘要
300 MN模锻水压机原主分配器阀体体积较大、阀芯布置不合理、工艺孔多。通过采用凸轮机构式分配阀芯开启方式,重新布置阀芯位置,优化设计了阀体内部结构。以阀体体积最小为优化目标,以阀体强度为主要约束条件,采用有限元方法,对阀体主要结构参数进行灵敏度分析,确定了优化设计变量,对阀体进行了优化设计。优化后阀体体积和工艺孔数量大幅度减少。
The original volume of main distributor valvebody of 300 MN mould forging hydraulic press was rather big,unreasonable in valve-core arrangement and excessive in technological holes. BY means of adopting the cam mechanism typed opening mode of distribution valve-core, the position of valvecore was rearranged and the inner structure of valve-body was optimally designed. Taking the minimum volume of valve-body as the optimization target, the strength of valve-body as the main restraint condition and adopting the finite element method, the sensitivity analysis was carried out on the main structural parameters of valve-body. The optimal designing variables were determined, and the optimization design on valve-body was carried out. The volume and the number of technological holes of valve-body were reduced to a large extent.
