摘要
特征技术一直是计算机辅助设计、制造领域研究的热点。自由特征由于自身的复杂性和不确定性,使其描述及操作十分困难。从知识复用的角度,建立了基于自由特征的模型设计方法。利用信号处理技术———小波的多尺度特性把模型的空域表示变换为频域描述,通过小波滤波器组完成对模型的自由特征提取和复用。模型从空域转换到频域表示,不仅提高了自由曲面建模的效率,而且方便了模型的修改、调试。
Characteristic technology is the hotspot at all times for the study on the fields of computer aided design and manufacturing. Due to the complexity and the uncertainty of itself, thus let the description and operation of the freedom characteristics become quite difficult. From the angle of knowledge reuse the designing method of model based on freedom characteristics was established. Utilizing the signal processing techniques--- multi-dimensioned characteristics of wavelet, let the airspace expression of model be transformed into the frequency field description. The picking-up and reuse on freedom characteristics of model were achieved by means of wavelet filter set. The transformation of model from airspace to frequency field will not only enhancing the modeling efficiency of freedom curved surfaces but also be of convenience for the modification and debugging of model.
