加速溶剂萃取-气相色谱/质谱(ASE-GC/MS)法测定近海沉积物中的有机磷农药 被引量:10

摘要 目的:建立快速、灵敏的检测近海沉积物中痕量有机磷农药的方法。方法:用加速溶剂萃取仪(ASE)提取近海沉积物中的有机磷农药,用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)进行检测,建立了同时测定沉积物中敌敌畏、乐果、久效磷、甲基对硫磷、对硫磷、马拉硫磷、毒死蜱等7种有机磷农药的方法。采用正交实验优化了ASE的萃取条件:用丙酮、二氯甲烷(1:1,V/V)在加速溶剂萃取仪上以10.3 Mpa、120℃提取5 min。结果:近海沉积物中加标有机磷农药的回收率在78.7%-101.5%,检出限为0.43-14.2 ng/g。结论:该方法显著优于传统提取和分析方法。 Objectlve:To develop a rapid and sensitive analytical methods for the quantitative determination of trace OPPs in offshore sediment Methods: In extraction method development, accelerated solvent extraction (ASE) method has been optimized to extract 70PPs including dichlorvos, dimethoate, monocrotophos, parathion - methyl, parathion, malathion, and chlorpyrifos in sea - sediment Samples are extracted with ASE at 10. 3 Mpa, 120℃ for 5 min using a mixture of acetone and dichloromethane (1:1 ,V/V) as the solvenL Results:Recoveries of OPPs residues by.this procedure ranged from 78. 7% - 101.5%. The detection limit was 0. 43 - 14. 2 ng/g. Conclusion:The method is obviously better than traditional extraction method.
