摘要
建立妇乐消炎丸中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。用中性氧化铝吸附法制备样品,采用HPLC法测定含量,色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱;流动相为乙腈-磷酸盐缓冲液-甲醇（6∶12∶1）;流速为0.6 mL·min^-1;检测波长为349 nm。盐酸小檗碱在25-250μg·mL^-1范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.9998;平均回收率为99.69%,RSD=0.23%。本方法灵敏、准确,重现性好,可作为妇乐消炎丸中盐酸小檗碱的质量标准。
A HPLC method for the determination of berberine hydrochloride in Fulexiaoyan Wan was established. The samples were extracted by the aluminum oxide （neutral） column. The determination was performed by HPLC using C18 column （200 mm×4. 6 mm, 5 μm）. The column temperature was 25℃, the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile, phosphate buffer and methanol （6 ： 12 ： 1）, the UV detection wavelength was set at 349 nm and the flow rate was 0. 6 mL · min^-1. The calibration curve of berberine hydrochloride was linear in the range of 25 - 250 μg · mL^-1, r = 0. 9998. The average recovery was 99. 69% （RSD=0.23%）. The method is sensitive, accurate and reproducible. The method can be used to control the quality of Fulexiaoyan Wan.
